Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR CLOSED ABRUPTLY ON ITS OWN, AND DID NOT RECOGNIZE THAT THE CONTACT WAS EXITING THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SLIDING DOOR KNOCKED HER ONTO THE GROUND. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,029.
