TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET CAPTIVA. WHILE THE IGNITION WAS IN THE OFF POSITION, THE KEY WAS UNABLE TO BE REMOVED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER (MORAN CHEVROLET FT GRATIOT, 4511 24TH AVE, FORT GRATIOT TWP, MI) WAS CALLED, BUT THE CONTACT REFUSED TO GET THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED DUE TO THEIR DIAGNOSTIC FEES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,613.
