Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, EXHAUST FUMES EMITTED INTO THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE. THE FUMES CAUSED THE CONTACT'S CHILDREN TO BECOME NAUSEOUS AND VOMIT. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY OF HIS CHILDREN. THE CONTACT CALLED ROD BAKER FORD AT (877) 222-7336 (LOCATED AT 16101 S LINCOLN HWY, PLAINFIELD, IL 60586) WHERE AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,310.
