TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 VOLKSWAGEN CC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JIM ELLIS VOLKSWAGEN OF ATLANTA (5901 PEACH ST BLVD, ATLANTA, GA 30341) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V509000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,053.
