Consumer Description
WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH ON MY MORNING COMMUTE TO WORK, I WAS ABOUT 15 MILES INTO MY DRIVE WHEN SUDDENLY THE WARNING LIGHTS CHIME AND THE STABIL TRAK/REDUCED ENGINE POWER, AND TRACTION CONTROL OFF WARNING MESSAGES COME ON. THE CAR SUDDENLY REDUCES POWER AND TAKES ABOUT 1-2 MINUTES BEFORE ALL POWER GOES OFF AND CAR WILL NOT DRIVE ANY MORE. ONCE I TRY TO PUT CAR IN ANY KIND OF GEAR AFTERWARDS, CAR SHUTS OFF AND WILL NOT TURN BACK ON. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. CAR HAD TO BE TOWED. DEALERSHIP FIXED A CAMSHAFT/CRANKSHAFT SENSOR. DID NOT WORK.
