Consumer Description

RECALL 17S09 FOR ENGINE CYLINDER HEAD, POTENTIALLY LEADING TO CRACKS AND RESULTING IN OIL LEAKS. DEALERSHIP CYPRESS COAST FORD IN SEASIDE CA CONTINUES TO CLAIM THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO RESOLVE THE RECALL. I CONSIDER THIS TO BE A HUGE SAFETY HAZARD AND SINCE I DRIVE MY CAR EVERYDAY I AM AT RISK BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP HASN'T RESOLVED THE RECALL/ DEFECT.
