Consumer Description

MY VEHICLE STALLS RANDOMLY AT STOPS. IT HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE MY INITIAL REPORT. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED AND THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING. FORTUNATELY THIS TIME WHEN IT HAPPENED, I WAS ABLE TO HOOK UP A HAND HELD COMPUTER TO THE CAR AND GOT THE CODE P1A6F WHICH IS FOR THE GENERATOR CONTROL MODULE. MY PROBLEM IS MY VIN NUMBER WAS NOT UNDER A RECALL WITH THIS EXACT PROBLEM FOR THE SAME YEAR AND MAKE VEHICLE CAMPAIGN 13136.
