TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER ONLY EMITTED HOT AIR. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE COMPRESSOR HOSE WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 42,000.
