Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE FRONT END SHOOK VIOLENTLY, THE STEERING WHEEL WENT BACK AND FORTH WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER STRAUB CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM LOCATED AT 1502 WHEELING AVE, GLEN DALE, WV 26038; (888) 449-5231 WHERE THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AT 877-426-5337 AND WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL UNDER THE VIN AND THAT THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CHARGES AND A CASE NUMBER WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,000.
