TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 LINCOLN ZEPHYR. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THERE WAS CRACK IN THE DASHBOARD AND IT WAS LIFTING UP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE DASHBOARD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 136,000.
