THE TRANSMISSION SLIPS IN AND OUT OF UPPER AND LOWER GEARS INVOLUNTARILY CAUSING THE DRIVER TO BE PROPELLED ROUGHLY FORWARD AND BACKWARD CAUSING A DANGEROUS DRIVING SITUATION.
