TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS FILLING THE RESERVES, THE ANTI-FREEZE LEAKED OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE WATER PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
