TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD MUSTANG. WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED UP TO 40 MPH, THE THROTTLE BECAME STUCK AND THE BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND WITHOUT WARNING. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT SHIFTED THE VEHICLE INTO THE NEUTRAL TO STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
