Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 TOYOTA SEQUOIA. WHILE JACKING UP THE VEHICLE TO CHANGE THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE, THE JACK WENT THROUGH THE FRAME AND CREATED A VISIBLE HOLE AND CRACK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRAME WAS RUSTED. THE FRAME WAS NOT REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,800.
