TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING 25-30 MPH, THE TIE ROD FAILED AND THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A DITCH. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,331.
