TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THERE WAS A WINDING NOISE COMING FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT CHECKED UNDER THE HOOD AND NOTICED A BURNING ODOR COMING FROM ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V634000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
