Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE CONTACT FELT A BUMP IN THE ROAD AND THE VEHICLE FLIPPED OVER SEVERAL TIMES. THE ENTIRE FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY BECAME DETACHED FROM THE SUSPENSION. THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE SPINE, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
