Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER EMITTED HOT AIR ON THE DRIVER SIDE AND COLD AIR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A SOFTWARE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT RELEASE THE SOFTWARE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000.
