Consumer Description
2008 GMC ACADIA WITH JUST OVER 30,000 MILES STARTED JERKING A COUPLE DAYS AGO WHEN GEARS WOULD CHANGE FROM FIRST TO SECOND. I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC TODAY AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW - I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT GMC HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT THIS AFTER READING ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS. A $3000 REPAIR IF I'M LUCKY. MY CAR LOOKS LIKE NEW AND IS HARDLY DRIVEN - AND THE TRANSMISSION GOES OUT?? CRAZY
