TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 NISSAN ROGUE. WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE VEHICLE SLOWED DOWN INDEPENDENTLY WHILE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS BEING DEPRESSED. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,000.
