TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BMW 328I EQUIPPED WITH CONTINENTAL TIRES, SIZE: 225/45/R17 (NA). WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE EXPERIENCED A BLOWOUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE TIRE WAS NOT INSPECTED OR REPLACED. THE TIRE WAS A REPLACEMENT TIRE. THE TIRE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000 AND THE APPROXIMATE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
