Consumer Description

EXCESSIVE ENGINE OIL LEAKS AND USAGE.PARKED AND DRIVING.I HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY SEVERAL MECHANICS THAT THIS IS A VERY TYPICAL PROBLEM WITH THE NORTHSTAR ENGINE BUT I DONT BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE SO.THE ESTIMATED COST TO ATTEMPT A FIX RUNS UP INTO THE $1000S OF DOLLARS .I THINK THAT GENERAL MOTORS SHOULD BE AT MINIMUM PARTIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DEFECT!
