Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE THE TRANSMISSION WOULD INTERMITTENTLY BECAME STUCK IN GEAR AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT DRIVE FORWARD OR IN REVERSE. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND OPERATED AS NORMAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION AND WARMER PLATE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
