FORWARD AND SIDE VISIBILITY OBSTRUCTED BY ACCUMULATION OF FOG/FROST ON WINDOWS DUE TO HVAC SYSTEM'S FAILURE TO PRODUCE WARM AIR THROUGH DEFROSTING VENTS. WEATHER CONDITIONS BELOW ~25* F WITH REQUISITE HUMIDITY AND/OR PRECIPITATION RESULTS IN DANGEROUS LACK OF VISIBILITY WHILE DRIVING OR STATIONARY.
