Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, A CLANKING NOISE WAS PRESENT COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DISCOVERED THAT THE JAM NUT TO THE DRAG LINK WAS LOOSE. THE JAM NUT WAS TIGHTENED AND READJUSTED AND THE FRONT END WAS RE-ALIGNED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 14,000.
