Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE PASSENGER SIDE TIE ROD FRACTURED. THE CONTACT SWERVED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND WAS ABLE TO COME TO A STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS AWAITING REPAIRS ON THE DRIVER SIDE TIE ROD. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 209,519.
