Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT ALL OF THE TIRES WERE ABNORMALLY WORN OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED A WHEEL ALIGNMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 2,000.
