Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SPRINGS WERE DEFECTIVE ON THE VEHICLE. THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE SWERVED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH AND WITH THE TRUCK BED LOADED WITH LESS THAN THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE TIRES MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,000.
