TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE CONTACT WAS UNSURE ABOUT WHAT PART NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED WITHIN THE TRANSMISSION; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
