TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 SUBARU LEGACY. WHILE IN PARK, THE WIPERS WERE ACTIVATED BUT FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE FUSE; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11V469000 (VISIBILITY). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,577.
