TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE HEATER AND THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DEFROSTER FAILED TO FUNCTION WHEN ACTIVATED. IN ADDITION, THE TRANSMISSION JERKED WHILE SHIFTING FROM PARK INTO THE REVERSE POSITION ON NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,000.
