Consumer Description

I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FROM NISSAN : NHTSA RECALL 15V-032 THE RECALL LETTER SAID ON CERTAIN VEHICLES SNOW/WATER AND SALT CARRIED ONTO THE DRIVER SIDE FLOOR AREA CAN SEEP INTO THE CARPER NEAR THE HARNESS CONNECTOR AREA AND EVENTUALLY CAUSE AND ELECTRIC SHORT TO OCCUR. THIS SHORT MAY LEAD TO CONNECTOR DAMAGE, POSSIBLY CAUSING A FIRE. ON THURSDAY MARCH 26 I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO NISSAN OF GARDEN CITY WHERE THEY INSPECTED MY KICK PANEL WIRE HARNESS FOR DAMAGE. MY VEHICLE WAS AFFECTED BY THIS RECALL AND FIXED. *TR
