Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 NISSAN MURANO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HE ATTEMPTED TO START THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE FAILED TO START AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE CODE NEEDED TO BE RESET. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE POWER WINDOWS OPENED AND CLOSED INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 400.
