DRIVER, AGE 82, ON WAY TO DR. OFFICE IN ELMORE, OH WHEN THE BACK OF DRIVER'S SEAT. THE BACK OF DRIVER'S SEAT STARTED SMOKING AND BURNED A HOLE THROUGH THE LEATHER AND A HOLE IN THE DRIVER'S COAT THAT SHE WAS WEARING. IT WAS A VERY COLD DAY, WITH WIND CHILL BELOW ZERO.
