TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS BEGAN TO OPERATE WITHOUT ENGAGING THE WINDSHIELD WIPER LEVER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
