TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BMW 750LI. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE "TRANSMISSION FAULT - DRIVE MODERATELY" ERROR MESSAGE WOULD INTERMITTENTLY FLASH. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE JERKED AND INDEPENDENTLY ACCELERATED WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS NOT BEING DEPRESSED. THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,000.
