Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 (NA) HONDA ACCORD HYBRID. WHILE DRIVING OVER A BUMP AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE DRIVER SIDE SUN VISOR INDEPENDENTLY OPENED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE SUN VISOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE DRIVER SIDE VISOR HIMSELF AND THE FAILURE WAS REMEDIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
