TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE CONTACT HEARD AN EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE WHEN THE IGNITION WAS STARTED. THE NOISE LASTED FOR FIVE MINUTES AND OCCURRED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 99,732.
