TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK LACROSSE. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, BOTH HEADLIGHTS FAILED. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND REPLACED THE HEAD LAMP DRIVER MODULE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,000.
