TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVY COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE SPEED OF THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY DECELERATED AND THE "ENGINE REDUCE POWER" WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THE DEFECT WOULD RECUR AT ANY SPEED TRAVELED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000. *TR
