TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PARKING, THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE IGNITION SEIZED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000. UPDATED 05/28/14*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE'S FIRST TWO FAILURES OCCURRED IN 2010. THE DEALER COULD NOT DETERMINE WHAT CAUSE THE FAILURE.
