TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR SHADE ERRONEOUSLY AND INDEPENDENTLY ACTIVATED AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE CONTACT TO SEE OUT OF THE WINDOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS FOUND THAT THE SHADE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS BEING REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000.
