TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 NISSAN ROGUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING UPHILL AT 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED TO 40 MPH WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND THE MECHANIC WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 52,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
