TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ENTERING THE VEHICLE, HE NOTICED BURNED MARKINGS ON THE INTERIOR HEADLINER WHERE THE REAR VIEW MIRROR WAS MOUNTED. THERE WERE NO VISIBLE FLAMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
