Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTING AND HEADLIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT WATER WAS ENTERING THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE A-PILLER AND WAS LEAKING ONTO THE ECM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,900. *TR
