TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE MADE A LOUD TICKING NOISE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 4,500.
