KEY WOULD NOT TURN IN STEERING COLUMN. LEFT ME STRANDED WITH NO WAY TO CALL FOR HELP OR GET THE VEHICLE TO MOVE. I'VE READ MANY POSTS IN ONLINE FORUMS OF PEOPLE HAVING THIS SAME PROBLEM. THERE HAS BEEN NO FACTORY RECALL FROM JEEP, DESPITE THIS IDENTICAL PROBLEM PERSISTING FOR YEARS.
