Consumer Description

MY VEHICLE USES 1 QT OF OIL EVERY 2000 MILES RIGHT NOW, IT WAS EVERY 4,000. SO THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE. WHEN I SHARED THIS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT BOTH CHEVROLET AND CHEVROLET, THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT MY ISSUE WAS STILL WITH IN SPECIFICATIONS. I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT OIL CONSUMPTION WAS ACCEPTABLE. GM, INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM APPEAR TO BE IGNORING IT. I HAVE AN 06 CHEVY SILVERADO THAT HAS NEVER USED A QT OF OIL.
