Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH HE NOTICED THAT THE ENGINE MISFIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE REVERSE SPARK PLUGS WELDED THEMSELVES TO THE ENGINE HEAD. THE MECHANIC PERFORMED A TUNE UP AND REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 94,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
