TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS MALFUNCTIONED AND THE PASSENGER SIDE WIPER WOULD ONLY OPERATE RAPIDLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 09V084000 (VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER:MOTOR). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 42,000.
